Once you start using our Portuguese Marinade & Basting sauce you will discover that there is no easier or tastier way to create ‘Portuguese’ inspired meals! More importantly we use only the best ingredients to bring you that unmistakable traditional Portuguese flavour with a little spicy bite! Creating mouth watering Prawns, Prego’s or Chicken, (to name a few), has never been so simple and will keep your customers coming back for more…

How have we made it easy?

Simply add our delicious marinade to your meat and let it soak up all the flavours for 15 to 20 minutes, (the longer the better!), then fry, roast or grill as you wish. Also to be used as a basting sauce whilst you grill/braai. Adding a bit of cream to our product in a warm saucepan will also give you a tasty sauce to drizzle over your meal before serving. For every 1KG of meat you will use 100ml of our product when marinating, thus also bringing you good value for money!
